The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) invites sealed tenders on a single stage-two envelopes bidding procedure from reputed catering firms and vendors through the E-PADS portal to provide catering services for parliamentarians, employees, media persons and other visitors attending meetings, conferences and seminars in Islamabad. The scope covers food preparation, distribution and service delivery for official government events. Bidders must be based in the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area and possess proper production and distribution facilities. Tender documents including detailed menu items and draft contract terms are available on the E-PADS website, www.ppra.org.pk and https://sifc.gov.pk.
Eligible firms must submit a company profile demonstrating proven track record and experience in restaurant, catering or high-class cafeteria operations with sound financial standing. Only vendors with established business experience in these sectors will be shortlisted for competitive bidding. Bidders must provide details of staff, their skills and a client reference list. An earnest money deposit of 2 percent of the estimated cost (refundable) in the form of a bank draft payable to the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad must accompany each tender. No tender will be entertained without this security.
Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 03 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. by the committee in SIFC's office in Islamabad.
