For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HAZECO seeks suppliers for a mixed equipment package—ACs, LED systems, AI cameras, multimedia, and lithium-battery inverters—for their Abbottabad headquarters and Hazara Division operations.
Scale appears medium; the diversity of product categories (climate control, lighting, security, power backup) suggests this may be outfitting a regional office complex rather than bulk commodity supply. National-level procurement with July 2026 closing suggests moderate urgency. Single-stage bidding indicates HAZECO wants streamlined evaluation; bidders must demonstrate multi-category capability and financial strength simultaneously.
Who can bid: Specific eligibility criteria stated in bid data sheet (not reproduced here). Typically, HAZECO would require bidders to be registered with SECP/FBR (NTN), possess PEC (if any installation component exists), and demonstrate prior supply experience in relevant product categories. Financial capacity verification and integrity pact signing appear mandatory.
