CMH Sargodha seeks daily-rate medicine and disposable supply contracts for FY 2026-27—a recurring institutional procurement.
Scale appears medium (hospital operations, six-month bank statements required suggest established suppliers). Notable: dual-envelope bidding, extensive compliance documentation (DRAP, Drug Act 1976), security clearance requirement, and 24/7 service commitment indicate a regulated, ongoing relationship rather than spot purchases. Likely favors registered pharmaceutical distributors with defence sector experience.
Who can bid: Valid retail drug license, sales tax certificate, income tax certificate, and professional tax certificate mandatory. FBR registration, NTN certificate, police/security clearance (defence requirement), and technical qualified staff evidence required. Blacklisting affidavit and compliance attestation obligatory. Registration with SECP typically required for companies; sole proprietors need NTN and tax registration.
