Earnest Money (Call Deposit): PKR 1,300,000 (as per the details table) / PKR 300,000 (as per the terms section) must be submitted in the form of a bank pay order. Cash is strictly not acceptable.Security Deposit: The successful bidder must deposit $25\%$ of the total bid amount as a security deposit upon completion of the auction.Payment of Installments: The contractor is required to provide Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) for 12 months as advance installments for the year.
