Description / Scope of Work
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Measles Rubella (MR) vaccine concentrate on F.O.R basis at NIH, Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. This is a goods procurement exercise with reference number P57413 undertaken under the reserved funds allocated for procurement in the federal territory. The procurement will be conducted through a single stage-two envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
All prospective bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform to participate in this bidding process. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and hold necessary licenses and certifications for vaccine supply as per the tender requirements.
