Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for the supply of medical items and supplies required for emergency room operations as per detailed bill of quantities. This non-consultancy services procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds and is referenced as P84688 in the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The procurement covers medical supplies for emergency room use and will be conducted at SSGC Procurement Department offices located at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
All eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding document. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique will be employed in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.

E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by September 7, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
