Description / Scope of Work
A public sector organisation based in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors for the supply of vacutainer tubes, multiple sample collection devices and butterfly needles on F.O.R. Lahore basis. The tender notice indicates procurement of medical/laboratory consumables with quantities and specifications as detailed in the attached list. This is a competitive procurement process open to organisations holding valid GST and NTN numbers with established offices and telephone contact details.
Eligible bidders must be reputable suppliers, manufacturers or dealers with GST and NTN registration and documented office premises. A tender document fee of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) must be paid through Deposit-at-Call or Pay Order to the Principal Accounts Officer. Bidders are required to deposit earnest money equivalent to 5% of the quoted value as security, to be held in an interest-bearing Deposit at Call account. The earnest money will be refunded upon satisfactory completion of supplies and any guarantee period if the supply order is awarded; unsuccessful bidders' earnest money will be released upon tender finalization. Tenders lacking earnest money will be rejected outright. All quotations must remain valid for 90 days from submission.
Tender documents may be obtained from P.O. Box No. 10068, Lahore after providing documentary evidence of GST and NTN registration along with a written request addressed to the Principal Administrator. The last date for purchasing tender documents is 09 September 2026 before 10:00 AM. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 11:00 AM on the same date, clearly marked with the tender notice number. The tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM on 09 September 2026 in the presence of bidders if they choose to attend. Bidders should bring a valid ID card for document collection. Contact: Ph.
