NIH seeks bulk cell culture rabies vaccine in ready-to-fill format for FY 2026-27, procured F.O.R.
Islamabad. This is a single large-volume pharmaceutical supply contract using LCBS methodology—likely one-off inventory replenishment for a federal health institution. The tight 7-month runway (from notice to July 2026) and mandatory EPADS registration suggest a standardized, compliance-heavy process. Bidders need manufacturing/export credentials and proven vaccine cold-chain capability.
Who can bid: Typically requires pharmaceutical manufacturer registration with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan), valid NTN, and SECP registration. Bidders must be licensed for rabies vaccine production/export. Specific eligibility criteria stated in bidding document on EPADS portal; typically includes financial solvency and prior pharmaceutical supply experience.
