Description / Scope of Work
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the overhauling of transformers installed at the National Institute of Health in Islamabad. This is a civil works procurement under reference P56657 for the fiscal year 2026-27, with funds reserved specifically for this maintenance project. The scope of work encompasses complete overhauling of transformers at the NIH facility located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope process using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be eligible contractors registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit a bid security amount as described in the bidding documents. The bid security can be in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft, or alternatively bidders may submit a bid securing declaration in the specified format.
