Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited invites sealed competitive bids for a comprehensive range of supplies and services across multiple operational areas. The tenders include supply of oil pressure sensors and ball bearings, elliptical machines, explosion-proof solar LED lights, walkie talkie sets, miscellaneous items such as valves tubes and transmitters, calibration gas filled cylinders for HCDP analyzers, drinking and mineral water bottles, transportation and pre-qualification services, underground pipeline locator systems, synthetic oils, electrohydraulic operation tables, and managed printing services for Head Office and Islamabad office. The scope encompasses equipment and consumables for drilling, workover, production, inspection and maintenance operations across PPL-operated areas located in Sindh Province. Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant technical credentials as specified in tender documents. Bid security requirements and performance guarantees apply as per individual tender specifications. Technical and financial proposals must demonstrate capability and competitive pricing.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies with appropriate experience in similar supply or service provision. Bidders must submit all documentation as per the Instruction for Bidders section included in tender documents. Compliance with relevant safety standards, quality certifications, and regulatory requirements is mandatory. Bidders should review specific technical specifications and delivery schedules detailed in each tender document before submission.
Tender documents are available online exclusively through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk. All bids must be submitted online by 1500 hours (3:00 PM) on 28 July 2026. Bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time. Bidders who have already submitted proposals may withdraw and resubmit before the revised closing date.
