Pakistan Post, through the Postmaster General Central Punjab Circle Lahore, invites sealed tenders from financially sound and experienced transportation contractors for mail delivery services on 22 mail routes across Central Punjab. The tender encompasses two primary routes: Lahore-Sheikhupura-Nankana-Sanglah Hill with a daily two-way distance of 309.2 kilometers, and Lahore Postal Area 07 covering 102.7 kilometers. The contract duration is three years, with vehicles required to be in good condition and properly equipped with security seals as per Pakistan Post specifications. The tender will be processed through PPRA's e-Pads platform, with both technical and financial bids required for evaluation and selection of the most qualified contractors.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to possess valid NTN and PST registration, demonstrate transportation business experience, maintain operational offices in Central Punjab with repair and maintenance infrastructure, and provide a fleet of vehicles registered in the bidder's name.
