134 Medical Battalion, SSD Wah Garrison, Federal territory, invites bids for the bulk local purchase (LP) supply of medicines, medical store items, routine items, and disposable items for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender is open to qualified Pakistani nationals and suppliers who meet stipulated eligibility criteria. Bidders must submit quotations in soft (USB) and hard copies with pricing quoted in both figures and words in Pakistani Rupees. All medicines supplied must maintain at least 80% shelf life at the time of delivery, with a committed delivery period of 45 days following issuance of the supply order.
Eligibility requirements include possession of a current drug fresh sale license, attested CNIC photocopy, National Tax Number (NTN) certificate, GST registration, Sales Tax certificate, and Professional Tax certificate for FY 2026-2027. Bidders must provide an Authorized Distribution Certificate, an authority letter from the proprietor authorizing their representative, specimen signatures and CNIC of the authorized attendee for tender opening, and a formal letter accepting all terms and conditions of 134 Medical Battalion. All packaging, bottles, and strips must be stamped "134 Medical Battalion use only" with medicines from fresh batches bearing long expiry dates. A non-refundable tender form cost of Rs. 5000 is payable by pay order.
Bid evaluation will assess discount percentage on retail prices and income tax returns. Suppliers must provide an undertaking confirming non-blacklisting by any court, government office, or military organization. Late deliveries beyond the specified date will incur a penalty of 2% of total billing amount, with repeated delays potentially resulting in discontinuation of future supply orders and black listing. The tender opening committee reserves the right to reject or disqualify bidders as per PPRA rules. All bids must be addressed to the Commanding Officer, 134 Medical Battalion, with the final deadline for submission set for 29 July 2026 before 1030 hours.
