Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) and the Ministry of Commerce invite bids for exhibition booth construction and management services at the MAGIC Las Vegas 2026 exposition scheduled for 10th to 12th August 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA. Around 48 Pakistani companies are expected to participate in this three-day event to showcase Pakistan's products, with B2B meetings and G2G interactions planned primarily in the health care sector. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing stall construction, providing comprehensive event services including booth setup and dismantling, and ensuring adherence to quality standards as specified in the Billing of Quantity (BOQ) section of the tender documents.
Bidding is open to qualified exhibition booth construction companies meeting specified eligibility criteria. Bidders must submit a bid security declaration form with their financial proposal as per PPRA Rules 2024. Single Stage One Envelope Procedure will be used for open competitive bidding. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce, and the Tender Committee reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, with reasons to be communicated to concerned bidders.
Bidding documents may be obtained by written request from or downloaded via the website of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Houston, located at 11850 Jones Road, Houston, Postal Code 77070, email pakcom.hus@tdap.gov.pk. Sealed tender documents must be submitted by 24th July 2026 at noon CST USA to the Trade Commission of Pakistan, Houston. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 01:00 PM CST USA in the presence of participating firms' representatives. Technical evaluations will be posted on the PPRA website for fourteen days, and the lowest qualifying bidder will be awarded the contract subject to financial bid verification.
