Digital Pressure and Temperature Calibrator Supply by Sui Northern Gas

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of a Digital Pressure and Temperature Calibrator under Tender Enquiry No. SNT-2330/26. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement process where bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals. The tender is issued from the company's head office located at 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, covering Federal jurisdiction. Bidders are further required to submit a Certificate of Full Disclosure and Non-Collusion (Annexure-VI), Declaration of Beneficial Owner's Information (Annexure-VIII), and an Integrity Pact (Annexure-IV). For offers made on Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU) basis, delivery must be at Faisalabad-T with strict adherence to the delivery schedule outlined in Appendix-E. Bidders offering on DPU basis must quote in Pakistani Rupees. All offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.

The sealed bid envelope containing both Technical and Financial Proposals must be marked clearly as "CONFIDENTIAL" and addressed to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, Gas House, 1st Floor, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids must be received on or before 12-08-2026 at 1430 hours and will be publicly opened on the same date at 1500 hours at the above address. Only the Technical Proposal envelope will be opened initially; the Financial Proposal will be retained unopened. Technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened.
