Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of spares for jacket water heat exchanger of a Guascor engine generator model under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2179255 (P80596). This is a goods procurement for spare parts required to maintain and support the operational efficiency of the engine generator equipment. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated by SSGC. The contract will be executed in Sindh province with all delivery and support requirements as specified in the bidding documents.
Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform to participate in this single stage, one envelope procurement process utilizing the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
