Procurement of Goods by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods as detailed in the bidding documents published on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0). This procurement is funded from FY 2026-27 budget allocations and relates to contract reference P87181. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the competent authority. Eligible bidders must obtain registration on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this bidding process. The procurement documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are accessible through the ePADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/87181. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents, which may be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft or a bid securing declaration in the format specified. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 03:30 PM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 04:00 PM using the EPADS v2.0 portal. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
