A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified, enlisted and security-cleared mechanical works contractors for two significant infrastructure projects in Federal Province. Tender Notice TN 21/2026 concerns Water Supply and Fire Fighting System installation at a Hospital in Karachi with an estimated cost of Rs. 78.26 million and six-month duration, requiring a bid security of Rs. 1.50 million. Tender Notice TN 10/2026 covers HVAC and Mechanical Works for a Building at Taxila with an estimated cost of Rs. 20.60 million and ten-month duration, requiring a bid security of Rs. 0.60 million. Both projects seek qualified contractors capable of delivering complex mechanical engineering solutions.
Eligibility is restricted to pre-qualified and enlisted mechanical works contractors who have been security-cleared by the issuing organization. Bidders must submit fixed bid security in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan with a minimum validity of six months from the bid opening date, otherwise the bid will be rejected. Tender documents must be obtained in person during working hours from the office of the Manager (CMD) in Islamabad. Two copies of the Bill of Quantities must be submitted with one original and one photocopy, both sealed, pre-signed, stamped and clearly marked. Rates must be written in both figures and words in separate columns, with the words taking precedence in case of conflict.
Tender documents are available from Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1600 hours at Al-Noor Plaza, Khanna Dak Sohan, Near Expressway, P.O. Box 1998, Islamabad (Ph: 051-2612047, Fax: 051-2612250), with issuance closing one day before opening. For TN 21/2026, technical bids are due 21-07-2026 at 1030 hours and financial bids on 28-07-2026 at 1030 hours with opening at 1100 hours. For TN 10/2026, technical bids are due 11-08-2026 at 1000 hours and financial bids on 19-08-2026 at 1030 hours with opening at 1100 hours. Bid security must be in a separate sealed envelope, and incomplete proposals will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to demand rate analysis and reject any or all bids.
