Police Training College (PTC) Multan invites sealed bids on a framework basis for the procurement of various general items during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement covers other store items, entertainment items, plant and machinery, repair of machinery, furniture, repair of furniture, software, hardware, hot and cold items, conference and seminar supplies, fair and exhibition items, sports items, training aids, medicine, tent and tarpal, repair of building, stationery and computer stationery, and printing services. The total estimated cost is PKR 3,50,00,000. The tender is for firms engaged in trading and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Interested bidders can download detailed bidding documents from the PPRA Punjab website at http://www.ppra.org.pk without any cost.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are required to submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Commandant PTC Multan. The bids must follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The submission of a completed checklist along with the tender is mandatory. Late bids will be rejected, and offers without required original bid security or with short/missing documentation will lead to disqualification.
Bids must be delivered to the address of Commandant PTC Multan, Near Raza Abad Chowk, Multan, and uploaded on E-PADS on or before 27.07.2026 at 10:30 AM. The bids will be opened on 27.07.2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Commandant PTC Multan from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM until 25.07.2026. The contact telephone number is 061-9330630. PTC Multan will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with bid preparation or delivery.
