The Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids for outsourcing of janitorial services for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of this procurement covers engagement of 100 janitorial staff members to provide comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services across government healthcare facilities in Punjab. The contract will be awarded based on competitive bidding following standard procurement procedures, with technical and financial evaluation of all eligible proposals. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and capable of deploying trained janitorial personnel meeting specified qualifications and experience standards.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or provincial tax authorities, possess valid business registration, and demonstrate experience in providing janitorial services. A bid security in the form of bank guarantee or demand draft is required as specified in the bid data sheet. All applicable minimum wage rates and taxes must be incorporated into the quoted prices. Bidders should carefully review the scope of work, staff deployment plan, and operational responsibilities outlined in Section III before submitting their proposals.
Bid documents are available for review at the hospital office during working hours and can be obtained upon payment of the requisite fee. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline specified in the bid data sheet, with opening scheduled to take place on the same day at the announced time.
