Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad invites bids for the hiring of janitorial services for the fiscal year 2026-27 under tender reference TN 745 (EFS 38900) with procurement reference P70847. This is a non-consultancy services contract procured through open competitive bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and covers janitorial and cleaning services required at the Islamabad Campus of Comsats University. The contract is for the provision of comprehensive janitorial services including daily cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation of university facilities.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
