Description / Scope of Work
The Chief Minister's Office, Punjab invites electronic bids for the procurement of hardware items across ten separate lots for the financial year 2026-2027. The tender encompasses a total of 59 items with an estimated cost of Rs 6,372,810, to be procured on a lot-by-lot basis as per PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Procurement and Disposal System (ePADS) platform and is open to registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers engaged in trading and properly registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security at 2% of the estimated cost for the respective lot, to be submitted in the form of bank guarantee, call deposit receipt, demand draft, or pay order valid for thirty days beyond the bid validity period. The bidders should submit separate bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded independently for each lot under a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure.
Bids must be submitted online on the ePADS website at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 22nd July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM at the Chief Minister's Office, 8-Club Road, GOR-I, Lahore. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted to the Procurement Office, Room No. 36, 2nd Floor, at the same address before the submission deadline.
