Description / Scope of Work
VIP Flight, an entity of the Government of the Punjab operating under the Services & General Administration Department, invites electronic bids for the procurement and supply of IT equipment during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued for a single lot covering the purchase of IT equipment with an estimated contract value of PKR 4,520,000. The scope of work includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a complete CCTV surveillance system for the VIP Flight Hangar, Office Area, Apron and Front Entrance, located at Lahore Airport (Old Terminal). The system shall comprise minimum 19 units of 4 MP fixed PoE IP cameras, 3 units of 5 MP PTZ/Zoom PoE cameras with motorized movement, one 32-channel 8K NVR, one minimum 10 TB surveillance HDD, Gigabit PoE network switches, complete Cat-6 cabling infrastructure with conduits and accessories, UPS backup system, and full installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, training and technical documentation.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies, sole proprietors or service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, General Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount, totaling PKR 90,400. Bidders should submit separate bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded separately. The complete technical requirements specify 4 MP cameras with PoE and H.265 support suitable for outdoor protection, 5 MP PTZ cameras with motorized pan/tilt and optical zoom, 32-channel 8K-capable NVR compatible with all proposed cameras, surveillance-grade storage with continuous recording and minimum 30-day retention, and Gigabit PoE switches with adequate ports and power capacity.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement System at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with bid submission closing on 03rd September 2026 at 9:00 AM and electronic bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM.
