Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Multan invites walk-in registration of new vendors for local purchase on day-to-day (LPDD) basis for the supply of medicines, surgical disposable items and related medical supplies. The registration event will be held on 23 July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the institute located on Abdali Road, Multan. Eligible registered pharmacies must be located within a maximum radius of 10 kilometers from CPEIC Multan. Interested vendors are required to deposit a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,000 in the form of a deposit slip or fee voucher. Registration documents can be obtained immediately from the Purchase Branch of CPEIC Multan until 23 July 2026 at 10:00 AM and are also available on the CPEIC Multan website.
Vendors must meet stringent eligibility criteria including provision of a valid Drug Sale License (Form-9) from the Drug Sale Licensing Authority of Punjab, proof of CNIC of proprietor and qualified person, and documents establishing financial soundness such as National Income Tax Number Certificate with active taxpayer status, tax return acknowledgement, and bank statements for the last year. All requisite documents must be attested and submitted along with a Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) in favour of the Executive Director. Additional requirements include an affidavit from the proprietor regarding non-involvement in sale of spurious or sub-standard supplies, minimum one year experience in medicines or surgical disposables sales, location within 10 kilometers of the hospital, and evidence of round-the-clock medicine and drug availability arrangements.
Vendors must submit their company profile and nominate a representative with CNIC and contact number along with registration documents. Documents must be clearly marked as "Registration of Local Purchase on day-to-day (LPDD) Vendors" and submitted to the Purchase Branch of CPEIC Multan by 23 July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Public opening of documents will occur the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants and the LPDD Vendors Registration Committee. For further information, contact Ch.
