Description / Scope of Work
The Environment Protection and Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of an EPA Punjab Fleet Display Model under the scheme titled Establishment of Environment Protection Force in 10 Zones of Punjab. This tender is being processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System and is issued by the Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit. The project aims to support the establishment of an environment protection force across ten zones in Punjab province. Eligible bidders must demonstrate financial soundness, technical capability, and relevant experience in supplying and installing similar display systems. Bidders are required to possess appropriate business registration certificates and tax compliance documentation. A bid security amount must be provided as specified in the bid data sheet to ensure seriousness of the bid.
Bidders must be Pakistani nationals or registered companies incorporated in Pakistan, or foreign companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. All bidders should submit documents establishing their legal status, financial capacity, and technical qualifications. The bid security is mandatory and may be forfeited if the bidder withdraws after the deadline or fails to sign the contract. Bids must be valid for a period specified in the bid data sheet from the date of opening. All suppliers must comply with Pakistan Standard Quality Control requirements and international standards as applicable to the goods being supplied.
Bid documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline of 24 July 2026 through the online platform. Bids will be opened on the same date or shortly thereafter. Bidders should carefully review all technical specifications provided in Section III of the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to vary quantities at the time of contract award.
