Annual furniture repair and maintenance contract for a cardiac institute in Multan, covering all furniture and fixtures on-site.
Estimated value Rs. 2.43M suggests medium-scale recurring work with predictable annual demand. E-procurement through Punjab system implies standardized processes and government compliance requirements. Delivery to consignee location (institute premises) eliminates logistics complexity. No unusual technical specifications mentioned, but bidders should clarify scope depth—whether this covers upholstery, joinery, hardware replacement, or surface treatments only.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax Department) and Sales Tax authorities with valid NTN. Typically, SECP registration and PEC category (if applicable under construction rules) not explicitly stated but may be required per Punjab e-Procurement norms. Check portal requirements—government contracts often require additional certifications (ISO, safety compliance).
