Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy Director Education office, Astor district under the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed quotation tenders from eligible contractors for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers four main categories: repair and maintenance of transportation vehicles, miscellaneous/other items, office stationery supplies, and printing and publication services. This is a routine annual procurement to support the operational requirements of the education department in Astor, Gilgit-Baltistan region. The estimated scope and budget allocation for each head will be determined based on departmental requirements.
Contractors interested in bidding must submit their quotations on or before 27 July 2026 by 10:00 AM to the office of the Deputy Director Education, Astor. Quotations will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Payment shall be made as per the prescribed release schedule. The issuing authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at its sole discretion without assigning reasons. All bidders must comply with applicable Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) guidelines and regulations.
