Supply of Medicines, Stationery, ORD Store Items and Services by DDO Civil Hospital Tolti

DDO Civil Hospital Tolti, Kharmang invites sealed quotations and tenders from eligible firms and contractors for the purchase and supply of seven categories of items and services during the financial year 2026-2027 as per GB-PPRA rule. The procurement includes local purchase of medicines with a security amount of 20,000 PKR, supply of stationery items and printing materials at 10,000 PKR security, supply of ORD store items at 10,000 PKR security, supply of spare parts and vehicle repair services at 10,000 PKR security, supply of firewood and LPG for hospital wards at 10,000 PKR security, supply of miscellaneous items at 10,000 PKR security, and diet supply for indoor patients at 10,000 PKR security. The hospital is located in Kharmang, Gilgit-Baltistan, serving critical healthcare and operational needs for the district health system.

Eligible bidders must submit a refundable CDR in favor of the DDO CH Tolti or District Health Officer as applicable. Firms participating in the local purchase of medicines must possess a valid drug sale license issued by the concerned Drug Regulatory Authority and maintain a functional medical store. All supplied items must strictly conform to specifications and quality standards mentioned in the tender documents. No change in approved quantity or quality shall be permitted after contract award. Quotations offering prices extremely high or below local market rate shall not be accepted.

The tender shall open on 27 July 2026 with different closing times for each category ranging from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. If the tender opening date falls on a local holiday, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
