Multi-category supply contract for a district health facility in remote GB region: medicines (requiring drug license), stationery, vehicle spare parts, OPD consumables, firewood/LPG, and transportation services.
Eight separate line items suggest modular bidding opportunity; scale appears small-to-medium for a district-level operation. Notable: drug license mandatory for pharma participation; separate National/Multinational company rate lists required, indicating pricing transparency scrutiny. One-year supply cycle (FY 2026–27). Tight closing (July 2026) and security deposit requirement (PKR 15–20k per category) typical of GB procurement.
Who can bid: Drug sale license (Drug Regulatory Authority) mandatory for medicines category; functional medical store also required. Other categories likely require basic SECP registration/NTN. Typically, suppliers must be tax-registered and free of blacklist with Government of Gilgit Baltistan. No PEC required (non-construction). Refundable security deposit (PKR 15–20k) per category.
