Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer LG&RD District Diamer Chilas invites sealed tenders from registered contractors, suppliers and firms for repair of vehicles, supply of miscellaneous items, stationery, machinery and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers multiple categories of procurement including transport vehicle repair services and supply of consumables and equipment required for district operations in Diamer, Gilgit-Baltistan. Tender reference No.LG-EE-1(1)/2026-27 was issued on 9th July, 2026.
Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, suppliers or firms; tender forms will not be issued to blacklisted contractors or firms. Bidders must possess their own work shop and stationery shop, which will be verified by the tender committee at Chilas. Call deposit (refundable) is required: Rs.60,000 for repair of transport vehicles and Rs.40,000 for supply of miscellaneous items, machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, raw materials and stationery charges. All bids shall be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Contractors must quote rates for all genuine parts of vehicles and machineries; un-workable or non-maintainable rates will not be accepted. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned during office hours for a fee of Rs.1,000. Sealed bids must be received by 11:00 AM on 26th July, 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date at the office of the Executive Engineer LG&RD District Diamer Chilas. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under GB PPRA Rules.
