The District Education Department KPK invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of medical supplies and equipment under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent. This tender covers the purchase of medicines, medical equipment and related supplies through a single-stage procurement process for the provision of healthcare services to educational facilities across the district. The total estimated value is Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 600,000 approximately, subject to the availability of budget allocation and final approval from relevant authorities. Bidders must possess valid business registration, be on the SECP, PRA or relevant tax authority registers, hold necessary licenses for medical supplies if applicable, and have no outstanding liabilities or poor performance records with government agencies. Bid documents are available from the issuing office during office hours upon request. Original Call Deposit tender documents will be available in E-PADS online system. Sealed bids must be submitted in the prescribed format to the District Education Department office by the closing date of 2026-07-30. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the next working day at 1400 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
