Level-2 Flyover Construction at Ring Road GT Intersection, Peshawar by PDA

Peshawar Development Authority invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for the construction of a Level-2 Flyover at Ring Road GT Intersection in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This major infrastructure project is valued at 6,027.836 million rupees and falls under Category C-A works. The project aims to enhance traffic flow and connectivity at one of Peshawar's critical transportation hubs, supporting the city's ongoing development initiatives. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold valid PEC registration for 2025-2026, maintain active status with KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority), be enlisted with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) as active taxpayers, and possess sufficient experience in similar infrastructure works. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost (10,000 rupees) must be submitted along with all mandatory documents including PDA/Provincial Enlistment certificates, valid PEC registration, active NTN and KPRA status, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting on July 20, 2026 at 1400 hours at the PDA Director Engineering Roads-I office. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS before July 28, 2026 at 1400 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1430 hours.
