Peshawar Development Authority invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for the construction of a Level-2 Flyover at Ring Road GT Intersection in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This major infrastructure project is valued at 6,027.836 million rupees and falls under Category C-A works. The project aims to enhance traffic flow and connectivity at one of Peshawar's critical transportation hubs, supporting the city's ongoing development initiatives. Bidders must be registered with e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), hold valid PEC registration for 2025-2026, maintain active status with KPRA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority), be enlisted with FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) as active taxpayers, and possess sufficient experience in similar infrastructure works. A bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost (10,000 rupees) must be submitted along with all mandatory documents including PDA/Provincial Enlistment certificates, valid PEC registration, active NTN and KPRA status, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bidders are required to attend a pre-bid meeting on July 20, 2026 at 1400 hours at the PDA Director Engineering Roads-I office. Bid Solicitation Documents are available from the official EPADS website at https://www.eprocure.gov.pk/. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded through EPADS before July 28, 2026 at 1400 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1430 hours. Bidders should direct clarifications to the undersigned through EPADS or in person during office hours before the submission deadline.
