Tehsil Municipal Administration BAKKA KHEL in Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites e-tenders for the purchase and fabrication of solid waste machinery equipment. The procurement includes supply and fabrication of front end loader and back hoe machinery as per complete specifications, supply and fabrication of one to one point five cubic meter mini tipper equipment, and supply and fabrication of tractor trolley equipment. All items are sourced from well-reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms possessing valid NTN, GST registration, and renewed PFC registration with three S facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The total scope comprises three major items with quantities of one front end loader and back hoe unit, two mini tipper units, and two tractor trolley units for solid waste management operations in the district.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eproc.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and possess all required regulatory approvals and certifications. Bidders are required to submit a two percent original bid security of the total quoted price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA BAKKA KHEL, Bannu, sealed in an envelope and marked appropriately. The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 27th July 2026, with technical bids opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 PM. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and KPRA taxes as per government rules shall be included in the quoted rates.
Bid documents can be obtained from the official EPADS portal. The procuring entity will evaluate technical proposals according to prescribed bid document requirements and reject any non-conforming proposals. Accepted technical bidders will have their financial bids opened publicly at the announced time and venue, with results communicated via provided email addresses. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff, and purchase orders remain subject to fund release. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained, and the competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reason as per KPPRA Rules.
