Gym Items Procurement by Medical Teaching Institution Gomal Medical College

Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Gomal Medical College D.I.Khan invites sealed bids under Framework Contract for the procurement of Gym Items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The institution was established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015 to improve performance, enhance effectiveness, efficiency and responsiveness in providing quality healthcare services to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is being conducted through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The bid security requirement is fixed at 2% of the estimated value. Eligible bidders must have their Income and Sales tax reflections on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and must possess all relevant mandatory documents as specified in the tender solicitation document.

Interested bidders who wish to participate in this tender must first register with EPADS to obtain their unique user credentials. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be convened on 22nd July 2026 at 10:00 AM in the GMC Conference Room D.I.Khan, where all queries and clarifications related to the bidding documents will be addressed. Bidders are required to submit only the original bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of DEAN GMC MTI D.I.Khan, while all bids and relevant mandatory documents must be uploaded on the EPADS portal.

Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) or from the www.kppra.gov.pk website. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 29th July 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 29th July 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids received through hand delivery, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
