Description / Scope of Work
Dawood University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), located in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of stationary for the year 2026. The tender is issued under the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended till to date) and is advertised on the SPPRA ePADS portal. The estimated cost of the procurement is Rs. 6.054 Million with a fixed bid amount of Rs. 302,707. This is a single item procurement with a defined scope and scope value as specified in the bidding documents.
Eligibility for participation is restricted to Income Tax-registered, GST-registered, and SRB-registered firms as per SPPRA Rule 46 1a (iii), which is mandatory. Bidders must provide bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 as per the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. The method of procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure encompassing both technical and financial proposals as outlined in SPP Rules 2010 Rule 46(1). All bidding will be conducted electronically on the SPPRA ePADS portal.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the ePADS portal at https://portalsindheprocure.gov.pk/# or obtained from DUET's official website. Hard copies of bidding documents and supporting qualification documents must be submitted to the Director (ICT), Convener Procurement Committee at the specified address in Karachi. Bids must be submitted by 23-07-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM. Conditional bids, bids without proper security and tender fee, late submissions, bids lacking signatures and stamps, and bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected.
