Description / Scope of Work
The Senior Superintendent of Police, District Larkano invites sealed tenders and bids from interested firms and persons for the procurement of food supplies, hiring charges of vehicles, and repair of vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under SPPRA Rules on a single envelope method. The total budget allocation for these three heads of account is Rs. 13,261,000 for feeding charges, Rs. 1,787,000 for repair of transport, and Rs. 8,128,000 for hiring charges, covering various operational and logistical requirements across Larkano district, Sindh province.
Eligible participants must be registered with the Sindh Government with valid tax registration and appropriate National Tax Number (NTN) in their respective category and field of specialization. Bidders are required to possess at least three years of prior experience in executing similar work. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money or bid security in the form of a call deposit from a bank. Conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected. Firms must submit an affidavit confirming non-involvement in litigation and absence from any government blacklist, along with audited financial statements for the preceding three years demonstrating minimum annual turnover of Rs. 15 million.
Complete bidding documents can be obtained from the Accounts Branch of the Senior Superintendent of Police office in Larkano (contact: 9410425) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 per case. Bids must be submitted on or before 23 July 2026 at 3:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 4:00 PM. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with SPPRA rules 2010 as amended.
