National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of a customized container development item for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The procurement is for the Federal region and represents a significant infrastructure acquisition for the organization's operational needs. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or suppliers registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. The tender fee is Rs. 2,500 in cash only and must be paid at the time of purchasing the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit earnest money at 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan as Pay order, Demand Draft, or Call deposit. No negotiations on prices are permitted and bidders must submit their best and final offers as per the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The purchaser reserves the right to accept, reject, or partially award any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA 2004 regulations.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications may be purchased from the office of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan located at Plot No. 23, Street No. 06, Sector H-9/1, Islamabad, by submitting a written request on firm letterhead along with the non-refundable tender fee. Bidding documents are also available at www.necp.gov.pk. The last date and time for submission of bids is 30-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
