For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CPSP seeks Takaful-compliant general insurance for institutional assets—headquarters in Karachi plus regional/sub-offices nationwide.
Scope covers moveable and immoveable property across a multi-location footprint, indicating moderate-to-large portfolio value. Tender document cost (Rs 2,500) suggests serious pre-qualification filtering. Notable constraint: Takaful operations mandate limits eligible bidders to Islamic insurance providers only. One-year or multi-year cover likely given institutional context, but renewal frequency unstated. Extended closure (July 2026) suggests administrative lead time is available.
Who can bid: Bidders must be Pakistan-registered insurance companies with valid Takaful operation licenses and institutional client experience. NTN and regulatory compliance mandatory; specific PEC category not applicable (insurance, not construction). Bid security amount and form not disclosed in notice. Typical requirement: surety bond 5–10% of quoted premium.
