The Privatisation Commission of the Government of Pakistan invites technical and financial proposals from qualified interested parties for the hiring of a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial advisory services for the privatisation transaction of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC). This is a significant transaction requiring experienced advisory support, with the scope encompassing full financial advisory services throughout the privatisation process. The assignment is based in Islamabad, Sindh province, and represents a strategic opportunity for firms with demonstrated experience in similar large-scale privatisation transactions in the insurance or financial services sector. Interested parties may participate individually or as a consortium with relevant transaction experience. A non-refundable processing fee of One Thousand US Dollars (USD 1,000 only) must be paid by bankers cheque or wire transfer with details provided in the RFP on or before 3:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time on August 13, 2026.
