Hyderabad Electric Supply Company Limited (HESCO) is inviting electronic bids for construction of electrical equipment and infrastructure at multiple 132kV grid stations across Sindh province. Four tender packages are available: Package 1 involves construction of electrical equipment and foundation for one line bay at 132kV grid station in a specified location; Package 2 covers construction of electrical equipment foundation and allied works for one line bay at 132kV grid station; Package 3 encompasses construction of electrical equipment foundation and allied works for three line bays at 132kV grid station; and Package 4 includes construction of a boundary wall at 132kV grid station river bund. All packages have valid PEC licenses in CE10 and C4 categories. Bid submission date and time is 31.07.2026 from 11:00 am onwards, with bid opening scheduled for 04.08.2026 at 11:30 am. The tender reference numbers are GSC-01-2025-27 through GSC-04-2025-27 as listed in the official notice.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses in appropriate categories (CE10 or C4) as specified for each tender package. A security bid in the form required by HESCO regulations must accompany each bid submission. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and comply with all relevant taxation regulations. Experience in similar electrical infrastructure projects and financial stability are essential prerequisites for bid acceptance.
Bid documents are available through the EPAD portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ where bidders must register and submit their electronic bids before the closing date and time of 31.07.2026 at 11:00 am.
