Description / Scope of Work
MEPCO invites electronic bids for transportation, safe handling, shifting and erection of HT PCC/Spun Poles of 36 feet and 45 feet heights, and LT PCC/Spun Poles of 31 feet height. This civil works procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated under reference P138390. The work encompasses the complete logistics chain including safe handling and shifting of poles from dispatch point through to final erection at designated locations within Punjab province. The procurement is open to eligible national bidders and will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
