For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

PASSCO seeks transportation contractors for bulk wheat movement (40,000–90,000 MT monthly) across Punjab zones to Multan and Khanewal godowns.
This is recurring, high-volume logistics work with standardized monthly quoting. Notable: rates must be all-inclusive (loading, unloading, labor, fuel, taxes); bidders absorb document prep costs and courier risk. The 215% markup reference suggests administered pricing. Scale indicates established logistics firms preferred, though SMEs with fleet capacity can compete if PEC-registered.
Who can bid: Typically requires PEC Category F (Transport) or equivalent logistics registration, valid NTN, and SECP/authority registration. No explicit restrictions stated; PASSCO procurement rules apply. Bidders must be capable of handling 40,000–90,000 MT monthly operations. Registered scheduled bank guarantee required.
