Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation, a government entity providing IT and telecom services, invites electronic bids from reputed suppliers registered with tax authorities in Pakistan for the supply of laptop computers, desktop computers, laser printers and scanners at Lahore LOT-I and the supply of heavy duty multifunction photocopier machines at Lahore LOT-II. This procurement initiative aims to equip NTC facilities in Lahore, Punjab with essential computing and office equipment to enhance operational capabilities and service delivery across the organization's infrastructure.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan and hold necessary business registrations and certifications. Bidders are required to submit their electronic bids through ePADS portal in compliance with all procurement regulations. Bid security and performance guarantees as per PPRA rules 2004 are mandated for all participating vendors. The procurement process follows Government of Pakistan guidelines and transparent e-bidding procedures to ensure fair competition among qualified suppliers.

Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 23-07-2026 at 11:00 hours through the designated ePADS platform. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 11:30 hours.
