Bahria University Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of one new colour printer HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 for the Degree Section, Exams Directorate (BUHO) in Islamabad, Federal Province. The tender reference is BU-HQ Exam/2026-589. Suppliers registered as firms with the Pakistan Revenue Authority are eligible to participate. Complete specifications for the HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M725 colour printer can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained by submitting a written application on firm letterhead mentioning the NTN number to the Office of the Deputy Director Procurement.
A non-refundable earnest money fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand) must be deposited as a Pay Order in favour of Bahria University Islamabad at the Office of Deputy Director Procurement, Room No. 15, Basement Quad Block, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad, during office hours 0900 to 1530 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Technical bids will be opened on 27 July 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders and their authorized representatives. Conditional or incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive. Bid security of Rs. 165,000 must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favour of Bahria University Islamabad with NTN no. BU-2132767-0. Bidders are requested to provide best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation and installation.
Bid documents must be submitted before 27 July 2026 at 1300 hours at the Office of Deputy Director Procurement, Room No. 15, Bahria University Head Office, Sector E-8, Islamabad.
