Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi (PDOHA), a premier housing organization serving defence officers, invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the purchase of computing equipment. The tender concerns the procurement of 2 units of HP 12th Generation Intel Core i7 computers featuring 1x DDR4 RAM Crucial 64GB, Ge Force RTX 3070 12G, GDDRs 256-Bits with CHIP Set, Intel NVMe Samsung SSD 970 Pro 1TB plus 256GB, 24-inch LED monitors with keyboards and mice (A4Tech brand), complete with company standard warranty. This procurement is managed by the Cptr for Planning Section – TP&BC located in Karachi, Sindh province, serving the operational needs of the defence housing authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act regulations. Tender documents detailing full specifications and terms are available upon written application to the undersigned office against submission of a non-refundable Pay Order of PKR 1,000 payable to Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi. Bidders are required to submit their sealed proposals in accordance with the tender document requirements and all applicable government procurement rules and regulations.
