Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDA) invites sealed tenders for the execution of work comprising construction of recharge wells at CBD Route 47 Junction, desilting of Ada Nullah, and sewerage connection works at Qainchi in Punjab. This is a comprehensive infrastructure development project issued under reference number 4500/13/BD/0626, with bidding documents prepared by National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, Construction Management Division, located at NESPAK House, 1-C Block N, Model Town Extension, Lahore. The scope of work includes structural development, environmental remediation through nullah desilting, and utility installation to improve drainage and water resource management in the central business district area.
