The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) invites proposals for the establishment and operation of a state-of-the-art English-medium college on a gross revenue-sharing partnership basis in Sector G-14/2, Islamabad. The project encompasses design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer (DFBOMТ) responsibilities under a 20-year concession agreement, extendable for up to ten additional years at FGEHA's discretion. The site comprises approximately 9,486 square yards (1.96 acres) in Islamabad. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted through the ePADS v1.0 electronic platform under Public Procurement Rules 2004.
