The Government of Sindh Education & Literacy Department, through its Reform Support Unit (RSU) and Project Management and Implementation Unit (PMIU), is issuing an invitation for bids under the World Bank funded Sindh Early Learning Enhancement Through Classroom Transformation project (Project ID P172834). This request for quotations (RFQ) seeks qualified vendors to supply materials and equipment required for classroom transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing early learning outcomes across Sindh province. The procurement notice OP00455577 with borrower bid reference PK-RSU-SINDH-550143-GO-RFQ was published on July 8, 2026, and is being conducted under the request for quotations procurement method in accordance with World Bank guidelines.
