For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Large-scale printing services procurement spanning 1,180 schools (295 new + 885 feeder) across Sindh under World Bank's SELECT project.

Scope covers classroom transformation materials and equipment supply. Deadline is firm (July 17, 2026) and timeline is tight given document acquisition lag. This appears to be a framework or phased one-off procurement rather than recurring. Scale suggests consortiums or established distributors with provincial reach and World Bank experience are preferred; SMEs may partner or supply sub-components.

Who can bid: Must be registered with relevant business authority (SECP/FBR); World Bank project eligibility required. Vendors need tax compliance certificates and prior experience supplying educational materials or classroom equipment. Typically, NTN registration, valid business license, and audited financials are required. PEC registration not applicable (services/supply, not construction).
