Description / Scope of Work
The Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) invites bids for the renewal of network equipment service level agreement (SLA) on a national basis. This non-consultancy services procurement is being conducted through a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. The contract covers maintenance, support and renewal of network equipment to ensure continuous operational availability and performance standards. The FMU is located at the 2nd Floor, Main SBP Building, I.I Chundrigar Road, in Karachi, Sindh province.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including technical qualifications, financial stability and past experience in providing similar network equipment SLA services. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration or approved guarantee. All bidders must comply with relevant procurement regulations and provide evidence of their capability to deliver the required services within the stipulated service level parameters.

Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical proposals and financial offers respectively.
