Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), based in Islamabad, is seeking qualified vendors for the renewal and purchase of annual software licenses and subscriptions for Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project, and Power BI. This procurement is classified as non-consultancy services and follows a national single stage-one envelope bidding process. The tender is open to eligible bidders meeting the prescribed criteria, with bid documents available for download from the official procurement portal. The scope of work encompasses the provision of licenses for multiple Microsoft enterprise software products required for the organization's operational needs across its offices in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Eligible bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, appropriate tax status, and relevant experience in providing software licensing solutions. Bid security is required as per the standard conditions of contract, and bidders must furnish a performance guarantee upon contract award. All bids must be accompanied by required supporting documentation including technical specifications, pricing schedules, integrity pacts, and authorization letters as specified in the procurement documents.
