For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Federal-level AV equipment procurement (4K PTZ camera, video processor, ceiling microphone, pop-up display) for PPRA's FY 2026-27 budget.
Single-stage, least-cost selection suggests price-sensitive procurement. Timeline is extended (18+ months), indicating planning opportunity but possible budget reallocation risk. Equipment appears for conference/presentation use rather than production-scale AV, implying mid-range specifications. No pre-bid meeting mentioned; clarification window likely tight once bidding documents accessed.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 portal; no specific PEC category stated for AV supply. Typically, registered suppliers with valid NTN/SECP registration and relevant product authorization/dealership credentials are required. PPRA does not explicitly restrict Pakistani vs foreign bidders in this summary; check full bidding documents for nationality clauses.
